At PlaynVoice, we're building an AI scribe that brings joy back to therapy by automating clinical documentation. As a Senior AI Engineer, you'll design and maintain prompt systems that generate high-quality clinical notes, evaluate and integrate LLM solutions, and build practical evaluation pipelines. You'll work closely with psychologists and product teams to ensure output quality and iterate quickly in a startup environment.

• Design, iterate, and maintain prompt systems for reliable clinical documentation.
• Benchmark and select the best LLM solutions for clinical documentation.
• Build evaluation pipelines across audio, transcription, and LLM-generated output.
• Collaborate with psychologists and product team to define output quality standards.
• Run experiments and data labeling strategies to drive continuous improvement.

• 2+ years of experience in systematic prompt engineering and LLMs.
• Solid software engineering skills in Python and cloud infrastructure (Azure).
• Ability to understand Swiss German and strong High German for evaluating clinical output.
• Pragmatic startup mindset with a focus on shipping fast.
• Clear communication skills in English.

• Experience in early-stage SaaS companies.
