Columbus Sweden AB is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join their Group AI engineering team in Stockholm. The role focuses on designing and building production-grade, agentic AI systems integrated with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Graph, Teams, SharePoint) and Azure cloud infrastructure. You will work directly with leadership to deliver scalable solutions involving LLM application design, RAG architectures, and multi-agent collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable, production-grade AI systems using advanced LLMs and agent frameworks.
- Develop multi-agent architectures where AI systems collaborate effectively to solve complex enterprise problems.
- Implement RAG architectures including chunking, reranking, hybrid search, and citation grounding.
- Integrate AI capabilities with Microsoft 365 ecosystem tools like Graph, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Ensure robustness, security, and compliance of AI-driven applications at enterprise scale.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in LLM application design, prompt engineering, and model evaluation.
- Proven experience building scalable AI systems with focus on context management and cost optimization.
