Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable system architectures for AI products
- Build production systems utilizing LLM, GenAI, and RAG technologies
- Make key technological decisions and define engineering standards
- Collaborate with product teams and business stakeholders
- Mentor developers and elevate the team's technical level
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a developer or engineer
- Minimum 1 year of experience with commercial SaaS products
- Experience in Tech Lead, Dev Lead, or Staff Engineer roles
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems and microservices architecture
- Experience designing multitenant and scalable SaaS architectures
- Knowledge of application security principles
