Accenture Netherlands is seeking a Senior AI-Native Java Engineer to lead the transformation of traditional software delivery into AI-powered solutions. This role combines deep expertise in Java enterprise development with cutting-edge Generative AI practices, including LLMs, RAG, and Agentic workflows. You will design scalable microservices architectures while mentoring teams on AI-Augmented SDLC best practices.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise-scale applications using Java 17+, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Build AI-powered solutions leveraging LLMs, AI agents, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Drive adoption of AI-Augmented SDLC practices across the software development lifecycle.
- Implement Spec-Driven Development using OpenAPI and AsyncAPI methodologies.
- Mentor engineering teams and establish best practices for AI-Native Engineering.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Approximately 7 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in Java 17+, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) and DevOps/CI/CD pipelines.
