LangChain is hiring an AI Engineer to join its Enablement team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will onboard and educate enterprise customers on building production AI agents using the LangChain platform, run workshops and advisory sprints, and create internal agents and tools to scale the team. The role combines hands-on agent engineering with customer-facing teaching and requires strong Python and LLM application experience.
Responsibilities
Own onboarding and education for new enterprise customers to get them building on LangChain quickly.
Design and run live, hands-on workshops that build product fluency.
Run time-boxed advisory sprints for customers facing architecture or evaluation challenges.
Build internal agents and tools that streamline Enablement team operations.
Create enablement assets such as tutorials, reference implementations, and best-practice guides.
Act as the voice of the customer, feeding friction points back to Product and Engineering.
Stay current on agent engineering practice and incorporate it into teaching.
Requirements
3+ years building LLM/agent applications, including real agent architectures and evaluation strategies.
Strong Python and comfort writing/debugging code live in front of customers.
2+ years in a technical customer-facing role (Enablement, Customer Success Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or similar).
