LangChain is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join its Professional Services team. In this role, you will partner with enterprise clients to design, implement, and optimize production-grade AI agent solutions using the LangChain framework. You will bridge technical architecture with customer success, ensuring seamless integration of generative AI into real-world business workflows.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy custom AI agent solutions tailored to client requirements
- Lead technical workshops and proof-of-concepts for enterprise customers
- Integrate LLMs, vector databases, and external APIs into scalable production systems
- Provide ongoing technical support and optimization for deployed AI applications
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript with strong software engineering fundamentals
- Hands-on experience building and deploying LLM-powered applications or AI agents
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, containerization, and CI/CD practices
- Strong client-facing communication skills with a consultative mindset
