About the Role
Forward Deployed Engineer role focused on enterprise-grade GenAI and agentic AI solutions for Fortune 2000 clients. You'll work at the intersection of executive problem framing and rapid engineering, building proofs of value and scalable agentic architectures. This is a client-facing, hands-on role spanning pre-sales through early delivery, with travel expected.
Responsibilities
- Run CXO-level working sessions to translate business pain into measurable outcome theses
- Build rapid Proofs of Value using agent workflows, tool-use, and enterprise integrations
- Create evaluation harnesses for task success, accuracy, policy compliance, and cost/latency
- Produce scalable Agentic Blueprints including orchestration, guardrails, observability, and handoff plans
- Design solutions on hyperscaler agentic AI foundations and integrate with enterprise platforms
- Support deal acceleration through demos, workshops, and reusable accelerators
Requirements
- 8+ years in full-stack engineering, solution architecture, or technical consulting with client-facing delivery
- Demonstrated ability to build quickly under ambiguity with sound architecture instincts
- Strong experience with LLMs, agent patterns, RAG, evaluation, and modern AI stacks
- Solid software engineering fundamentals: APIs, data pipelines, integration, distributed systems
