LangChain is seeking a Senior AI Solutions Architect to join its Professional Services team in London. You will partner with enterprise clients to design, deploy, and optimize production-grade AI infrastructure and multi-agent systems. This hands-on role blends platform engineering, agent development, and customer-facing technical consulting to drive successful AI implementations.
Responsibilities
- Design scalable, highly-available AI infrastructure and multi-region HA/DR strategies
- Architect and implement multi-agent systems using LangChain/LangGraph
- Lead technical maturity assessments and present recommendations to enterprise customers
- Develop evaluation frameworks and optimize prompts with A/B testing
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm)
Requirements
- 7+ years in technical, customer-facing roles like Solutions Architect or Forward Deployed Engineer
- 3+ years designing production infrastructure on GCP, AWS, or Azure
- Strong Kubernetes experience including cluster design and autoscaling
- Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript
- Experience with vector stores, RAG patterns, and state management for AI applications
