AWS is seeking a hands-on Solutions Architect to help customers productionize agentic AI on Amazon WorkSpaces. The role combines forward deployed engineering with AI architecture—covering foundation model selection via Bedrock, prompt/tool configuration, MCP/A2A integration, and customer data readiness. You'll pair-program with customer teams, build serverless integrations, and validate production deployments across VDI/DaaS environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery sessions to understand business requirements, desktop infrastructure, and AI readiness.
- Design and configure agentic AI solutions within Agentic WorkSpaces, including agent creation, prompt engineering, and tool/action integration.
- Build serverless integrations using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, and scripting (Python, Node.js).
- Architect secure access patterns to data systems such as DynamoDB, RDS, S3, and Knowledge Bases for Bedrock to power agent tool use and RAG.
- Deploy Amazon WorkSpaces Personal, Pools, and Applications as the delivery platform for agentic AI experiences.
- Configure MCP servers and design A2A workflows for multi-agent orchestration across enterprise systems.
- Create reusable artifacts — reference architectures, implementation guides, sample code, prompt libraries, and data readiness checklists.
