Sr. Solutions Architect

Databricks seeks a Senior Solutions Architect to lead technical pre-sales and adoption of its Data Intelligence Platform for large enterprise customers in London. The role combines deep data engineering, machine learning, and cloud architecture expertise to influence C-level stakeholders and drive platform adoption. This is a customer-facing role involving up to 60% travel.

• Engage with Databricks' most complex customers to achieve their unified platform goals.
• Develop and execute customer engagement strategies with Account Executives and Solutions Architects.
• Coach core account teams on positioning, adoption strategies, and execution.
• Influence stakeholders across the cloud ecosystem and 3rd party applications.
• Operate as a trusted advisor for data analytics architecture and Databricks Lakehouse adoption.
• Contribute to technical community through customer collateral, workshops, seminars, and meet-ups.
• Pursue development tracks in technical specialization, industry thought leadership, strategic vision, or people management.

• Technical pre-sales experience in complex customer engagements and sales lifecycle.
• Background in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, or Machine Learning/AI.
• Ability to influence C-level executives and lead long-term customer success.
