Sia's AI Platforms Business Unit is seeking a Staff-level Solution Architect to lead technical strategy for enterprise data and AI transformations. This role involves designing scalable architectures across cloud infrastructure, machine learning pipelines, and generative AI applications while engaging directly with C-suite stakeholders. The position blends deep technical architecture responsibilities with pre-sales business development and mentoring junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end technical architecture for data, ML, and generative AI projects
- Act as primary technical authority for client stakeholders (CIO, CISO)
- Lead architecture reviews and ensure compliance with GDPR/EU AI Act
- Support pre-sales activities including scoping, estimation, and proposals
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal IP and accelerators
Requirements
- Master's degree in CS or Engineering
- 4-7 years experience in solution/cloud architecture or senior engineering
- Deep expertise in at least two major cloud/AI ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, OpenAI, Anthropic, NVIDIA)
- Strong understanding of classical ML, DL, GenAI, and autonomous agents
- Fluent in French; professional English proficiency
