Sia is seeking a Generative AI Engineer to bridge the gap between data science and business implementation. You will design and build scalable GenAI solutions using RAG, agents, and fine-tuning techniques for diverse client industries. The role requires mastering both foundational models (GPT, Claude, Mistral) and application frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop bespoke GenAI applications using RAG, semantic search, and autonomous agents.
- Optimize model performance, security, and compliance with regulations like GDPR and EU AI Act.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects to translate business requirements into technical AI implementations.
- Conduct research on latest GenAI advances and implement cost-effective model strategies.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
- Experience with NLP, vector embeddings, and semantic search.
- Knowledge of proprietary and open-source LLM ecosystems (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, Mistral).
- Fluency in French and professional English.
