Redeploy AB is seeking a Generative AI Engineer to design and build production-grade RAG and agentic AI systems for Nordic enterprise clients. You will own the AI application layer end-to-end, translating business problems into working interfaces while collaborating with Data and Platform Engineers. The role combines hands-on technical development with stakeholder management and architecture advisory across industries like financial services and manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement production-grade RAG architectures including chunking, embedding, vector search, and reranking
- Build agentic AI solutions using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or CrewAI
- Develop lightweight front-end interfaces for AI applications using React or Streamlit
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define use cases, gather requirements, and deliver secure, observable systems
- Provide architecture advisory and conduct capability-building workshops for enterprise clients
Requirements
- Strong Python skills and solid software engineering fundamentals (clean code, testing, version control, system design)
- Production experience with RAG pipelines and retrieval evaluation
- Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks and multi-agent orchestration
