About the Role
Trusted Shops is seeking a Senior GenAI Engineer to join its AI Solutions Team, developing production-ready GenAI systems and autonomous agents for Agentic Commerce. The role involves building RAG and multi-agent workflows, creating scalable AI services on AWS, and integrating with enterprise platforms. This is a permanent, full-time position based in Cologne (hybrid) or Berlin (remote), with flexible work options.
Responsibilities
- Build production-ready GenAI systems: train, fine-tune, and deploy models for churn prediction, content generation, and trust scoring.
- Develop autonomous AI agents that make informed decisions and integrate with tools and data sources using modular logic and MCP.
- Implement advanced RAG and multi-agent systems using frameworks like LangGraph, AgentCore, or Strands Agents.
- Create scalable AI services as reusable APIs and serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, REST APIs).
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Ensure reliability, explainability, and compliance of AI solutions.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or equivalent production experience.
- Proven experience deploying high-accuracy, scaled AI systems in production.
- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI and multi-agent orchestration, including planning, tool usage, decision-making, and self-correction.
