Capgemini is seeking a Generative AI Engineer to design and develop LLM-based solutions, including RAG architectures and agent orchestration. The role involves fine-tuning models, optimizing performance via prompt engineering, and integrating AI into cloud environments for industrial applications.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop generative AI solutions and language models tailored to business use cases.
- Implement LLM, RAG, and agentic architectures to orchestrate agents and enrich responses.
- Optimize model performance and relevance through fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
- Integrate AI solutions into application environments and contribute to cloud platform industrialization.
- Conduct proof of concept evaluations for new AI use cases.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field (Bac+5).
- 3-5 years of experience in the industry.
- Professional level English proficiency.
- Strong expertise in Python and AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, or LangChain.
- Knowledge of Transformer architectures, GPT/BERT/LLaMA models, fine-tuning, and RAG techniques.
