Capgemini Polska is seeking a Generative AI Developer to design and deploy cutting-edge GenAI solutions using foundation models. The role involves fine-tuning LLMs, implementing RAG pipelines, and integrating multimodal AI technologies for client-specific applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable AI innovations.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions leveraging state-of-the-art foundation models
- Fine-tune and optimize LLMs and other generative models for industry-specific applications
- Implement GenAI-driven applications integrating NLP, image generation, and multimodal AI
- Build scalable AI solutions using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI-powered innovations
Requirements
- At least 1.5 years of experience in AI/ML with expertise in LLMs, NLP, or computer vision
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and Hugging Face Transformers
- Knowledge of model fine-tuning, RLHF, and prompt engineering
