About the Role
ElevenLabs is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to work embedded with strategic customers, designing and building tailored AI voice solutions. This role involves owning end-to-end technical projects, integrating ElevenLabs' AI audio and agent platforms, and collaborating daily with customer engineering and executive teams. Ideal candidates combine strong Python and software architecture skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of end-to-end execution of major projects for strategic partners.
- Collaborate daily with customer engineers and executives to ensure the best use of ElevenLabs technologies.
- Drive innovation using coding and technical skills to solve complex customer problems.
Requirements
- Experience working with customers (including student clubs or side projects) and interest in engaging technically.
- Proficiency in Python and strong software development knowledge, including software architecture and API integration.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, especially summarizing complex technical knowledge.
