Deutsche Bank's Innovation team is seeking a Full Stack AI Engineer to build end-to-end AI-powered products with a strong focus on user-facing interfaces. The role involves designing responsive web applications for LLM and Agentic AI capabilities while developing the backend services and APIs that power them. You will collaborate closely with product and design teams to move prototypes from concept to production, ensuring high-quality engineering standards.
Responsibilities
- Design and build responsive, accessible front-end interfaces for AI products using React and Tailwind.
- Implement complex interaction patterns including streaming responses, multi-turn conversations, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Develop backend services and REST APIs in Python (FastAPI) to integrate LLM and agent capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate concepts into working software and iterate based on user feedback.
- Contribute to engineering standards, including CI/CD, observability, and component libraries.
Requirements
- University degree in a technical or quantitative field (CS, Engineering, Math, Physics).
- Several years of professional software experience, with at least two years focused on front-end development.
