Senior AI Engineer

The AI Platform team is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and maintain the platform powering customer-facing AI tools. This remote role involves integrating generative AI models into production systems, managing prompts and evaluations, and supporting knowledge base maintenance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of deployed AI systems.

• Build and maintain APIs that integrate generative AI models into production systems, focusing on scalability and low latency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify generative AI use cases and define requirements.
• Implement and optimize workflows for model inference using large-scale pre-trained models.
• Contribute to generative AI model pipelines, supporting monitoring and ongoing performance.
• Conduct experiments to evaluate generative AI models on fluency, coherence, and factual accuracy.
• Support the reliability, scalability, and security of generative AI systems in deployment.
• Document processes, architectures, and technical decisions to facilitate collaboration.

• 4+ years of experience in ML/AI engineering, including contributions to generative AI products.
• Experience with LLM design patterns such as RAG, plus vector search, semantic search, and document indexing.
