The AI Platform team is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and maintain the platform powering customer-facing AI tools. This remote role involves integrating generative AI models into production systems, managing prompts and evaluations, and supporting knowledge base maintenance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of deployed AI systems.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain APIs that integrate generative AI models into production systems, focusing on scalability and low latency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify generative AI use cases and define requirements.
- Implement and optimize workflows for model inference using large-scale pre-trained models.
- Contribute to generative AI model pipelines, supporting monitoring and ongoing performance.
- Conduct experiments to evaluate generative AI models on fluency, coherence, and factual accuracy.
- Support the reliability, scalability, and security of generative AI systems in deployment.
- Document processes, architectures, and technical decisions to facilitate collaboration.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in ML/AI engineering, including contributions to generative AI products.
