Join Amazon Ads' Sponsored Products team to design and build innovative machine learning systems for advertising experiences. Lead architecture and development of large-scale, low-latency systems that leverage generative AI to improve product discovery and customer engagement. Collaborate with scientists and engineers to bring new products to market for millions of Amazon shoppers.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of innovative features for Sponsored Products Video, enhancing our online shopping experience.
- Architect scalable solutions that can handle our evolving ad creatives and high traffic volumes.
- Work with page owners to seamlessly integrate ad experiences into Amazon Retail.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to our culture of learning and growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
- 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
