Accenture is hiring a Forward Deployed AI Engineer Sr Manager in Chicago to design, prototype, deploy, and scale end-to-end AI solutions embedded with enterprise clients. You will integrate LLMs from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Gemini with enterprise platforms such as SAP, ServiceNow, and Salesforce to deliver production-grade, agent-powered workflows. The role requires 10+ years of software engineering experience, strong client-facing leadership, and 25–75% travel to client sites.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with clients and internal teams to shape AI use cases and define technical solutions from ambiguous requirements
- Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions integrating LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) with enterprise platforms (SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce)
- Rapidly prototype, iterate, and deploy AI-enabled workflows, agents, copilots, and automations into real operational environments
- Serve as the technical bridge between product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders
- Drive solution architecture including prompt and workflow design, API integrations and orchestration, enterprise knowledge integration, and security/privacy/governance
- Own solutions from concept through production and iteration, providing technical leadership for responsible, secure, and scalable AI deployment
