Accenture is seeking an AI Native Engineer to design and deploy production-grade agentic AI systems for enterprise clients in Paris. The role focuses on building multi-agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, and LLMOps infrastructure using frameworks like LangGraph and CrewAI. Candidates must have proven experience shipping agentic solutions in production environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and build end-to-end agentic systems including multi-agent orchestration, tool invocation, and memory management
- Build and own RAG pipelines with embeddings, chunking strategies, and vector search optimization
- Implement LLMOps practices including eval harnesses, prompt versioning, and observability monitoring
- Integrate multiple LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex) with fallback routing and cost/latency management
- Embed with client engineering teams to prototype, deploy, and scale agentic solutions
Requirements
- 2-5 years of software engineering experience in production environments
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience designing and deploying agentic AI solutions in production
- Demonstrated experience with agentic orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen
