Accenture France is seeking a Senior AI Native Software Engineer to design and deploy production-grade agentic AI systems for enterprise clients. The role focuses on building multi-agent orchestration architectures, RAG pipelines, and LLMOps standards in real-world environments rather than prototypes. You will lead technical design sessions, establish engineering patterns, and manage client engagements while ensuring system reliability and cost governance.
Responsibilities
- Architect and govern production-grade agentic systems at enterprise scale, including multi-agent orchestration and memory management.
- Define and implement RAG pipeline standards, including chunking strategies, embedding models, and quality benchmarks.
- Set multi-LLM integration standards with vendor-agnostic architecture, fallback routing, and cost governance.
- Own LLMOps at program scale, including eval strategy, prompt governance, observability, and safety monitoring.
- Lead client engineering engagements, facilitating architecture design and proof-of-concept delivery.
- Develop reusable patterns and accelerators to reduce ramp-up time across client engagements.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience in production environments.
