About the Role

Cloover is seeking an AI Engineering & Automation Specialist to design and ship AI agent systems, RAG pipelines, and MCP servers that automate internal workflows across Ops, Energy, Sales, CS, and Finance. You will write production-grade code in Python and TypeScript, deploy internal tools on Firebase, Vercel, or GCP, and integrate platforms like HubSpot, Slack, Notion, and Aircall. This office-first role is based in Berlin and reports directly to the Head of Operations & Energy.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and ship end-to-end agentic systems, RAG pipelines, embeddings, retrieval, prompt engineering, and evaluation.
Develop and deploy custom MCP servers and integrations connecting HubSpot, Slack, Notion, Aircall, and other tools.
Write production code in Python and TypeScript with clean schema design, security, and authorization.
Own internal tooling from gap identification to deployment on Firebase, Vercel, or GCP, with proper versioning and CI/CD.
Build Claude Code skills, plugins, and connectors, and onboard colleagues to AI-native workflows.
Collaborate with Ops, Energy, Sales, CS, and Finance teams to identify high-impact automation use cases and implement them.

Requirements

Experience shipping agentic systems, RAG pipelines, or AI-powered tools in studies, side projects, hackathons, or professional work.
Ability to write production code in Python and/or TypeScript and defend trade-offs.
