Agentic AI Engineer

Elastic seeks an Agentic AI Engineer to build autonomous, enterprise-grounded agents using the Elastic Stack. The role involves designing agentic workflows, integrating LLMs, and managing cloud infrastructure. Ideal candidates have experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and DevOps practices.

• Design and implement sophisticated agentic workflows using reasoning and tools to execute end-to-end business processes.
• Utilize Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and Elasticsearch Relevance Engine (ESRE) for enterprise grounding.
• Develop and fine-tune LLMs, integrating them with internal APIs and third-party SaaS tools.
• Provision and manage cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) using Terraform.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and performance optimization.
• Apply security and network fundamentals (VPC, encryption, IAM) to protect data.
• Implement observability and tracing systems to monitor agent behavior and performance.
• Act as subject matter expert on the Elastic Stack, providing technical leadership.

• Proven success in delivering independent GenAI projects involving autonomous task completion or complex workflow automation.
• Familiarity with LangGraph, LangChain, and LangSmith for building multi-agent systems.
