Elastic seeks an Agentic AI Engineer to build autonomous, enterprise-grounded agents using the Elastic Stack. The role involves designing agentic workflows, integrating LLMs, and managing cloud infrastructure. Ideal candidates have experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and DevOps practices.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement sophisticated agentic workflows using reasoning and tools to execute end-to-end business processes.
- Utilize Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and Elasticsearch Relevance Engine (ESRE) for enterprise grounding.
- Develop and fine-tune LLMs, integrating them with internal APIs and third-party SaaS tools.
- Provision and manage cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) using Terraform.
- Establish CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and performance optimization.
- Apply security and network fundamentals (VPC, encryption, IAM) to protect data.
- Implement observability and tracing systems to monitor agent behavior and performance.
- Act as subject matter expert on the Elastic Stack, providing technical leadership.
