Ingénieur Automatisation & IA – Python 🏆

Taleo Consulting is seeking a Python automation and AI specialist to join their team in Paris. The role involves automating repetitive tasks, developing an AI agent for semantic analysis of client emails, and building machine learning models to model and predict request processing workflows. Ideal candidates have strong Python skills, experience with AI agent frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph, and knowledge of NLP and machine learning tools.

• Analyze existing manual processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Develop Python scripts and tools to automate repetitive tasks, such as data extraction, formatting, sending, and interactions with Excel/Outlook.
• Design and build an AI agent for semantic analysis of client emails, including classification, intent extraction, and prioritization.
• Develop an agent to automate transactional task processing with workflow orchestration and assisted decision-making.
• Build a machine learning model to model and expose the request processing workflow, including mapping and prediction of process steps.
• Contribute to a roadmap for partial automation of processing in a second phase.

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in computer science, data science, statistics, or equivalent.
• Significant experience in Python development applied to automation and/or AI.
• Solid command of Python, including pandas, NumPy, and automation scripting.
