Modjo is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to build and scale its AI for Sales platform, focusing on agentic systems and LLM orchestration. The role involves designing reliable, low-latency agent stacks, managing model routing, and developing robust evaluation pipelines for both deterministic (ASR) and non-deterministic (LLM) components. You will collaborate closely with software engineers and product managers to deliver scalable ML features in a production environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize the agentic stack for conversational and autonomous agents with a focus on reliability and scalability.
- Architect and maintain end-to-end LLM features including model orchestration, routing, monitoring, logging, and evaluation.
- Develop and improve ML infrastructure, including observability, load balancing, scaling patterns, and deployment workflows.
- Construct robust datasets and evaluation pipelines for ASR and LLM/agent systems to continuously improve quality.
- Collaborate with Software Engineers to implement scalable, observable, and automated ML infrastructure.
- Contribute to technical strategy, model/tool selection, and long-term roadmap for the agentic platform.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in ML Engineering or Data Science.
