VMA is seeking a Senior AI Agent Engineer to design, build, and deploy reliable AI agents and orchestration systems in production. Responsibilities
- Design and build AI agents and multi-agent collaboration systems
- Implement LLM applications, tool calling, and agent orchestration (e.g., LangGraph)
- Develop retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions using embeddings and vector databases
- Train, fine-tune, and evaluate models for specific use cases
- Set up testing and evaluation systems to measure quality and reliability
- Ensure security of AI systems by testing for vulnerabilities like prompt injection
- Collaborate with software engineers and domain experts to deploy production-ready solutions
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or related field
- 5-8 years of experience in software engineering
- Strong background in Python and software engineering practices
