Accenture is seeking a hands-on AI Engineer to design and build production-quality components for advanced enterprise AI systems. The role focuses on implementing agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, and foundation model integrations using Python and cloud infrastructure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and observable AI solutions for client engagements.
Responsibilities
- Design and configure individual AI agents, including prompts, tools, skills, and multi-agent workflow orchestration
- Build and integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, vector databases, and embedding generation logic
- Implement fine-tuning pipelines for foundation models and manage transformer-based architectures
- Develop evaluation harnesses to measure agent quality, accuracy, and faithfulness
- Engineer security guardrails, PII redaction, and content filtering mechanisms
- Create technical documentation, low-level design specs, and integration contracts
- Instrument systems with logging, tracing, and monitoring for production observability
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or related field
