LLM Solutions Architect

Xsolla is seeking an LLM Solutions Architect to design and ship production-grade AI systems for its game monetization products. You'll define agentic architectures, build shared RAG and evaluation platforms, and influence AI product strategy with Engineering, Product, and Design teams. This remote-friendly role is open to candidates in California, Canada, and remote USA.

• Design end-to-end agentic architectures including tool-use schemas, intent parsing, multi-step orchestration, and safety guardrails.
• Define multi-modal interface strategy across UI, API, SDK, and natural language surfaces.
• Design a horizontal LLM platform layer with shared RAG pipelines, prompt libraries, vector search, and evaluation frameworks.
• Prototype rapidly to validate AI product hypotheses and drive product direction.
• Ensure observability, documentation, and runbooks for team ownership.
• Select and govern LLM providers and deployment strategies balancing cost, latency, accuracy, and privacy.
• Mentor engineers on LLM integration patterns, agent evaluation, and production deployment.

• 5+ years of engineering experience, with at least 2 years designing and deploying LLM-powered systems in production.
• Proven track record with agentic systems: tool-use, function calling, multi-step reasoning, orchestration, and error recovery.
