Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Tripledot Studios, a leading mobile games company, seeks a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join its central AI team. The role focuses on implementing cutting-edge ML algorithms for personalization, deploying models to production, and optimizing player experience through A/B testing. You will collaborate with data engineers and product teams to drive key KPIs like retention and revenue.

• Implement cutting-edge ML algorithms for personalization in gaming.
• Design experiments and prototypes to test new AI models.
• Translate research into algorithm prototypes and production code.
• Design, develop, and evaluate A/B tests for player experience optimization.
• Monitor and analyze player data to identify personalization opportunities.
• Document work and foster knowledge sharing within the team.

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of ML techniques from classification to reinforcement learning and generative methods.
• Experience applying ML to real-world problems.
• Proficiency with CI/CD, version control, Docker & Kubernetes.
• Track record of deploying ML models to production with MLOps.
• Strong skills in SQL, Python, matplotlib, and tools like git, MLFlow, Kubeflow, Trino, AirFlow.
