About the Role

Tencent is seeking a Senior LLM Application Engineer to lead the design and development of Agent-native platforms for R&D and AIOps. The role involves building enterprise knowledge bases, integrating LLM capabilities with internal toolchains, and establishing a centralized AI capability hub. The ideal candidate has proven experience in LLM application development, AI Agent architecture, and RAG optimization.

Responsibilities

Lead platform architecture design for Agent-native systems
Build and maintain enterprise vertical domain knowledge bases
Integrate LLM capabilities with internal toolchains and standardized APIs
Establish centralized AI capability hub to boost R&D efficiency

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, or related field
Proven experience in LLM application development
Strong track record in AI Agent architecture or RAG system optimization
Deep understanding of AI Agent paradigms, RAG optimization, and tool-use protocols

Nice to Have

Background in Cloud Computing, IaaS/PaaS, DevOps
Familiar with Multi-Agent System design and agent communication protocols
Active contributor to open-source AI projects
Experience deploying production-grade AI Agent systems
