About the Role

Tencent seeks a Senior LLM Application Engineer to lead the design and development of Agent-native platforms for R&D efficiency and AIOps. The role involves building enterprise knowledge bases, integrating LLM capabilities with internal tools, and establishing a centralized AI capability hub. This position focuses on solving complex engineering challenges through generative AI and intelligent agents.

Responsibilities

Lead platform architecture design for Agent-native platforms supporting R&D, environment governance, and AIOps
Build and maintain enterprise-grade domain knowledge bases with advanced retrieval strategies
Integrate LLM capabilities with internal toolchains and APIs, creating reusable intelligent components

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, or Software Engineering
Proven experience in LLM application development with track record in AI Agent architecture or RAG optimization
Deep understanding of AI Agent paradigms, RAG optimization, and tool-use protocols
Strong logical thinking, autonomous learning, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Nice to Have

Background in Cloud Computing, IaaS/PaaS, DevOps automation, or AI-driven R&D efficiency
Familiarity with Multi-Agent System design and agent-to-agent communication protocols
