This is a customer-facing technical role at Moveworks, owning the full AI solution lifecycle for enterprise clients. The engineer designs and delivers high-impact AI solutions on the Moveworks Platform, integrating with enterprise systems and advising on Agentic AI strategy. Travel up to 25% is expected.
Responsibilities
Serve as primary technical owner across 5–8 enterprise customer engagements simultaneously.
Architect and deliver AI solutions using the Moveworks Platform, integrating with enterprise systems.
Design and build secure integrations with REST APIs, iPaaS tools, and scripting languages.
Advise customers on Agentic AI roadmap and help upskill their teams.
Provide feedback to Product and Engineering to influence platform evolution.
Generalize successful customer solutions into reusable templates and share learnings.
Requirements
5+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineer, Customer Success Engineer, Solutions Architect, Implementation Consultant, or Consulting Engineer).
Experience in leveraging or thinking critically about integrating AI into work processes and decision-making.
Strong grasp of API-based systems integration, LLM-based systems design, prompt engineering, context engineering, and data modeling.

Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk, Zendesk, Workday, or Okta.
Familiarity with Linux and Windows environments and command line.
Current on latest AI tools, frameworks, and agentic design patterns.
