Join Johnson Controls to build an Agentic AI Platform focused on creating autonomous, tool-using AI agents. These agents will be designed to plan, reason, and execute complex business workflows independently.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop autonomous AI agents capable of planning and reasoning
- Implement tools for agents to interact with external systems and execute workflows
- Build the underlying platform infrastructure for agentic AI applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business processes
Requirements
- Strong background in Data Science or Machine Learning
- Experience with LLMs and prompt engineering
- Knowledge of agent-based architectures and autonomous systems
- Proficiency in Python and relevant ML frameworks
Nice to Have
- Experience with workflow automation platforms
- Background in enterprise software development
- Familiarity with Johnson Controls' domain or industrial IoT
