We are seeking a Senior Lead AI Engineer to architect and build an enterprise-wide ecosystem of autonomous, reasoning, and self-improving AI agents for the Diagnostics Commercial space. This role focuses on designing agentic systems that can operate independently to enhance commercial diagnostics workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong architectural experience in deploying complex AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Architect and build autonomous, reasoning, and self-improving AI agents
- Develop an enterprise-wide ecosystem for agentic systems
- Focus on applications within the Diagnostics Commercial domain
- Ensure scalability and reliability of agent-based workflows
Requirements
- 3+ years of architecture experience in AI/ML systems
- Deep understanding of agentic AI frameworks and LLM orchestration
- Experience building autonomous systems that reason and self-improve
- Strong software engineering background with focus on AI integration
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare or diagnostics industry
- Background in multi-agent systems
- Knowledge of enterprise-scale AI deployment
