ServiceNow's Advanced Technology Group is hiring a Senior (DevOps) Machine Learning Engineer to build and operate cloud-based AI/ML solutions for enterprise services. You will deploy, scale, and maintain production services on Kubernetes, own observability and incident response, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver high-quality software. The role blends ML engineering with DevOps practices to enable intelligent, scalable enterprise workflows.
Responsibilities
- Deploy, scale, and operate services in production Kubernetes environments, including Helm-based deployments and CI/CD pipelines.
- Own observability for built systems — metrics, logs, tracing, and alerts focused on customer impact.
- Debug and resolve production incidents independently, participate in on-call, and run root-cause analysis against SLOs.
- Build cloud-based AI/ML solutions to power intelligent enterprise services.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and quality engineers to produce quality software.
- Work with product owners to understand requirements and own code from design to delivery.
Requirements
- Expertise in Go or Python, design patterns, and time/space-efficient algorithms.
