PathAI is seeking a Senior MLOps Engineer to design and scale machine learning infrastructure for enterprise AI systems in pathology. You will architect reliable, secure, and compliant ML workflows using AWS, Kubernetes, and modern DevOps practices. The role involves bridging the gap between research and production by optimizing model deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Architect and build infrastructure and automation in AWS and on-premises for ML application development
- Drive system design and lead architectural discussions for the MLOps suite
- Automate ML operations including CI/CD for models, feature engineering, and deployment strategies
- Optimize ML workflows for efficient, reproducible deployment and monitoring
- Champion engineering excellence through code reviews, standards enforcement, and mentoring
Requirements
- BS or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of software engineering experience building production-grade frameworks
- Strong skills in scalable backend architecture and multi-language systems
- Experience with Kubernetes, AWS, and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
