Applisights is seeking a Senior MLOps Engineer to build and scale the infrastructure supporting their production AI systems in the lending sector. The role focuses on transforming early-stage ML deployments into robust, horizontally scalable platforms capable of handling LLM workloads with high concurrency and streaming responses. You will own the full lifecycle from CI/CD pipelines to observability, ensuring safe, frequent, and reversible deployments while reducing dependency on infrastructure engineers for routine changes.

• Design and implement horizontally scalable infrastructure for LLM-backed services, managing capacity and unit economics.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with staged rollouts, automated rollback, and audit trails for AI model and service updates.
• Develop internal self-serve tooling that allows engineering teams to define, test, and modify AI workflows without direct infrastructure intervention.
• Implement end-to-end observability including latency, throughput, cost monitoring, and output-quality signal tracking.
• Manage secrets, access control, and environment isolation within a regulated financial industry context.

• Proven experience scaling AI/ML systems from single-node prototypes to production-grade distributed infrastructure.
