Join Salesforce's Forward Deployed Engineering team as an Expert Agent Builder to architect and build complex, bespoke agentic AI solutions for enterprise clients. You will leverage the Agentforce platform, LLMs, and orchestration frameworks like LangChain to solve critical customer challenges through intelligent automation. This role requires deep expertise in software architecture, data integration, and engineering best practices to deliver scalable production systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop sophisticated multi-agent AI systems using Agentforce and custom orchestration frameworks.
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) with complex enterprise data platforms and CRM systems.
- Define and enforce engineering best practices for code quality, scalability, and security.
- Translate ambiguous customer requirements into concrete, executable AI solutions.
- Resolve complex technical blockers related to agent orchestration and data integration.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience delivering scalable production software solutions.
- Expert proficiency in Python, Java, Apex, or JavaScript with strong OOP and database knowledge.
- Extensive experience building applications with modern web frameworks (React, Angular, LWC).
