Responsibilities
- Lead development of intelligent agents for complex supply chain tasks with reliability and consistency
- Spearhead architectural decisions for distributed systems serving millions of users 24/7
- Design and implement planning systems for autonomous multi-step agent workflows
- Build production-grade software using AI tools as a core part of development workflow
- Design and orchestrate systems where AI agents integrate seamlessly into human workflows
- Contribute to building and maintaining shared system context for AI accuracy
- Critically evaluate code for correctness, quality, security, and performance
- Partner with Product Management and Executive Leadership on multi-year technical roadmaps
- Guide technical decision-making for AI model deployment, safety constraints, and reliability frameworks
- Drive adoption of enterprise-grade observability and cloud infrastructure best practices
- Mentor engineers to improve code quality, AI/ML practices, and system design
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Product Management, and industry experts
