Join the AWS Applied AI Solutions team to build the client software infrastructure for Agentic WorkSpaces, enabling secure and governed interactions between human users and AI agents. You will design and operate customer-facing capabilities across native and web clients, focusing on session connectivity, cross-platform architecture, and operational telemetry at scale. This role offers the opportunity to shape the evolution of enterprise agentic workflows within a mature, highly scaled cloud service.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate customer-facing capabilities for native and web clients supporting AI agents.
- Develop secure session connectivity, client lifecycle management, and cross-platform architecture.
- Collaborate with AWS teams to solve complex issues in customer-managed environments.
- Maintain high standards for security, reliability, performance, and operational excellence.
- Own features from design through production deployment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 5+ years of programming experience with at least one major language (e.g., Python, Java, C++, JavaScript).
- 5+ years of leading design or architecture of new and existing systems.
