• Architect and train distilled models using teacher-student frameworks for multimodal sensor data.
• Build RL-based policy learning and reasoning systems for autonomous driving applications.
• Optimize model deployment for real-time inference on GPU/CPU clusters.
• Research and integrate agentic systems for autonomous reasoning and planning.
• Drive production reliability, degradation patterns, and cost optimization.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with ML scientists and data engineers.

• BS in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in ML engineering with focus on model optimization and deployment.
• Strong experience with model distillation or teacher-student training.
• Proven experience with reinforcement learning in production or research.
