We are seeking an expert GenAI Engineer to design and build LLM applications and agentic workflows on Azure. This role involves implementing RAG pipelines, multi-agent orchestration, and responsible-AI guardrails while optimizing for cost and performance. The ideal candidate will mentor engineers and set engineering standards for the account.
Responsibilities
- Design and build LLM applications using LangGraph, LangChain, or Semantic Kernel on Azure OpenAI.
- Implement RAG pipelines including document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, and vector search.
- Develop multi-agent systems and integrate enterprise tools via Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Engineer, version, and test prompts; run offline and online evaluations for accuracy and hallucination rates.
- Implement responsible-AI guardrails, observability, and FinOps for inference cost optimization.
Requirements
- 10+ years in software/data engineering with 3+ years in ML/NLP and 2+ years delivering production LLM applications.
- Expert-level Python skills with experience in asynchronous, event-driven application design.
- Deep knowledge of Azure ecosystem: Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Functions, AKS, and Key Vault.
