ALTEN Polska is seeking a Lead AI Platform Engineer to drive the technical implementation of enterprise-scale AI solutions. The role involves designing and integrating production-grade Generative AI and agentic capabilities while ensuring scalable, reliable service architecture. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges, enforce engineering standards, and support MLOps and deployment automation.

• Drive technical implementation of AI solutions within the enterprise ecosystem
• Design and integrate production-grade GenAI and agentic capabilities
• Build scalable and reliable services using modern software engineering practices
• Contribute to MLOps, deployment automation, monitoring, and operational readiness
• Ensure compliance with corporate engineering standards, toolchains, and security protocols

• 8+ years of experience in software, platform, or AI engineering
• Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with Generative AI solutions
• Knowledge of agentic frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph
• Experience with Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, MCP, and API management platforms
• Production-focused mindset with DevOps, MLOps, CI/CD, and testing experience
• Familiarity with ML/DL frameworks like PyTorch or scikit-learn
• Good English proficiency (B2/B2+)

• Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, Data Lakes, and Data Warehouses (Spark, dbt)
• Knowledge of AI observability tools such as Arize
• Understanding of networking and security concepts (VXLAN, MPLS, Zero-Trust)
• Experience with IAM and secrets management solutions (Azure AD, Vault)
• Familiarity with metadata catalog solutions like DataHub or Amundsen
