Join AXA IT Solutions to lead an MLOps initiative for actuarial pricing models and develop a GenAI-powered document processing platform. You will automate model training, deployment, and monitoring pipelines while ensuring high availability and security. This role bridges machine learning engineering with robust DevOps practices in a production environment.
Responsibilities
- Create CI/CD templates for ML model development, version control, and reproducibility.
- Audit and optimize reliability and scalability of actuarial model training pipelines.
- Develop monitoring strategies for system performance and efficiency.
- Manage end-to-end operation of the AI platform including data ingestion and processing.
- Oversee cloud resource integration for cost optimization and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Mastery of Python data science frameworks (pandas, pyspark, sklearn, shap).
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLFlow, Kedro/Airflow, Hyperopt/Optuna, Great Expectations).
- Strong understanding of DevOps methodologies and GitHub Actions.
- Experience serving models via APIs (Flask/FastAPI) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
