Rituals is seeking a Tech Lead for GenAI Delivery in Amsterdam to drive the production of high-impact generative AI applications. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic architecture design for RAG systems, custom GPT ecosystems, and internal knowledge assistants. The ideal candidate will mentor engineering teams while establishing robust LLMOps practices and responsible AI guardrails.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical design and delivery of GenAI products including customGPT ecosystem and knowledge assistants
- Define reference architecture for scalable, secure, and cost-effective GenAI solutions using RAG and semantic search
- Establish and scale LLMOps practices including monitoring, evaluation, and automated testing standards
- Mentor AI Engineers and guide external partners on architecture and delivery quality
- Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to manage priorities and implement responsible AI guardrails
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering and AI/ML
- Proven experience architecting NLP or LLM-driven systems from the ground up
- Strong hands-on experience with GenAI, LLMOps, RAG pipelines, vector stores, and prompt registries
