About the Role
Experience One is seeking a Principal AI Engineer to design and build agentic LLM experiences that drive measurable business impact. You will orchestrate intelligent agents, leverage frameworks like Google Agent Development Kit and LangGraph, and work end-to-end from ideation to production. This is a remote role within DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate agentic workflows and LLM chains for conversational experiences; Translate complex business processes into intuitive, user-centered interactions; Ensure end-to-end stability, scalability, and measurable success; Use platforms like Google Agent Development Kit, Amazon Bedrock, MLflow, LangGraph, MCP/A2A; Validate prototypes with real data and user feedback.
Requirements
- Excellent software engineering skills in Python and/or TypeScript; Deep knowledge of Conversational AI, NLP/NLU, and LLM frameworks with production experience; Strong analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset; Excellent communication skills to convince stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Experience with agentic workflows, real-time communication protocols, and observability (P95, cost/request).
