About the Role
Jobneticx is a 9-person startup building an AI-powered event agency with 40+ production AI agents. As the third engineer, you'll design multi-agent workflows, write bilingual system prompts, and ship daily to real customers. The stack includes TypeScript, Mastra, Azure OpenAI, Next.js, React, and PostgreSQL.
Responsibilities
- Design and build new AI agents with bilingual system prompts and Zod output schemas
- Wire AI workflows end-to-end: Mastra steps, API routes, React frontend with real-time streaming
- Architect multi-step pipelines with parallel execution, concurrency control, and error recovery
- Implement document processing capabilities (PDF, DOCX) with confidence scoring
- Create tools for agents to interact with databases, S3, and external services
- Own prompt performance: measure, optimize, iterate
Requirements
- 5+ years building software with production AI/LLM experience
- Strong prompt engineering for structured outputs, chain-of-thought, and multilingual prompts
- Advanced TypeScript (generics, Zod, type inference)
- Workflow orchestration experience (Mastra, LangGraph, or similar)
- Full-stack ability to wire AI to Next.js API routes and stream results to React
- PostgreSQL + ORM (Prisma or similar)
