Fullstack Engineer

Complir is a Y Combinator-backed AI platform for product compliance, serving retailers and brands across Europe. We are hiring a Senior Fullstack Engineer to own the product surface where compliance work happens, building features deeply integrated with LLMs, RAG, and complex regulatory data. You'll work on-site in Copenhagen with a small, fast-moving team and shape the architecture and engineering culture as the company grows.

• Build new user-facing features end to end: data model, API, and UI components
• Own frontend craft: component architecture, state, performance, and polished interaction details
• Ship features deeply integrated with LLMs and make model output legible to non-expert users
• Encode compliance experts' judgment into scalable pipelines for classification, risk, and requirements
• Work directly with customers and founders to decide what to build, then build it
• Shape architecture, tooling, and engineering culture as the team grows

• Senior engineer with several years shipping production fullstack applications
• Fluent in TypeScript and comfortable with React and Next.js
• Real frontend judgment and product-mindedness
• Experience with (or strong interest in) LLM-powered systems: RAG, embeddings, orchestrating multiple models
• Treats model output as an engineering problem—evals, grounding, and failure modes
